Cancellation Policy

Please read the following terms carefully. By submitting your vendor payment, you agree to all terms listed below. EVENT INFO Hours: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM Vendor Load-In: Begins at 9:00 AM Vendor Load-Out: 6:00-7:00 PM Location: 732 Lorimer Street, Brooklyn NY 11211 Terms & Conditions are subject to changes. RESERVATION & REFUND POLICY Your spot is confirmed only after full payment is received. Specific vendor spots are assigned and may be subject to change as needed. No Refunds for Cancellations! All vendor fees are non-refundable. WEATHER POLICY Vendors assigned outdoor spaces are welcome to bring umbrellas/pop-up tents (maximum size 5ft x 5ft) with their setups. If significant and sustained inclement weather presents itself on Event Day and you have been assigned an outdoor space, we will make best efforts to relocate you to an indoor or covered space. ARRIVAL & NO-SHOW POLICY Vendors may arrive for load-in starting at 9:00 AM. Vendors may choose to start later or pack up early — just let us know. If you plan to arrive after 11:00 AM, please call Scott 256-762-7655 so we don’t assume you’re a no-show. Vendors who have not arrived or contacted us by 11:00 AM are considered NO-SHOW and potentially may forfeit their space for the day without refund. INSURANCE & LIABILITY All vendors are solely responsible for their merchandise, setup, and operations. By participating, you agree to hold harmless MCCARREN FLEA (Studio 732 LLC), its Producers, the venue, and its Representatives from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation — including injury, theft, or damage. STORAGE Overnight and/or Weekly Storage is currently provided free of charge *only when you are participating in our next market day. Vendors agree that all merchandise is stored at Vendor’s own risk and vendors agree to hold McCarren Flea free from liability for any theft, damage, etc. We do not recommend storing any valuable merchandise or equipment. Vendors not participating in the next market day must remove all merchandise at the end of the day. 🤝 COMMUNITY CONDUCT & VENDOR BEHAVIOR The McCarren Flea is a community-driven event built on respect, collaboration, inclusion, and mutual success. Vendors agree to conduct themselves in a manner that is mindful of fellow vendors, attendees, organizers, and the surrounding neighborhood. We reserve the right to dismiss, without refund, any vendor whose behavior we deem hostile, discriminatory, unsafe, or harmful to others.
